Coaching card used by hundreds of employees
I partnered with the Manager of Sales Support Desk to improve internal coaching and redesign a 27 metric report card that was creating conflict.
Using a combination of learning strategies and mutually agreed upon KPIs with C-Suite and the Manager, I was able to deliver a 7 box report card that served frontline, supervisors, managers, and the VP.
The coaching card was built in Google Slides and connected on the back-end to a VP facing Tableau. One month after rollout, coaches were saving on average 30 minutes a week, there was a 5% team improvement in PR Score, and QA scores rose an average of 10%.
Intranet used by thousands of employees
In partnership with the VP of Sales Support I assisted in setting up an internal intranet that served to counter the silos of knowledge that had been established during Sunrun's growth phase.
For the first two quarters, I was the principal architect of the learning journey as employees navigated the new space and interacted with the newly created job aids, redesigned performance tools, drip content, comms blasts, and micro-learnings rolled out in collaboration with C-suite.
In the process, a total of 30% of all job aids were eliminated because they were duplications or were procedurally inaccurate. Another 10-20% were redesigned and teams on average made public to other teams upwards of 50% of their newly migrated material.
My mandate at Sunrun was to bring impact and clarity to my segments of the business. During my time there, I consulted on hundreds of projects and designed dozens of hours of content for teams across the solar pipeline. In many cases, I was able to identify high impact/low lift projects using the GROW method and illustrated the impact of learning by using past KPI improvements and employee testimonials. I
